It's official...

I am inching closer and closer to my "mid-forties" starting Sunday.

I will be 42.

Forty-two. 

It seems so official and real...the novelty of 40 seems distant...
I am now "officially" in my forties. 

This weekend will be filled with love from my amazing husband, family and friends, everything pumpkin, a BRONCS! win (keep it up boys!) and the realization that even though I am 42, I still have a lot to learn.

I never, ever thought that "mid-life crisis" was a thing, but my soul would beg to differ.

I am not talking about anything drastic,{although a sports car would be fun!} but I feel like I am questioning things like I  never have before.

It's a bit scary.

But, I know I am not alone and I know that as I navigate this journey, 
Truth and Hope will prevail.
