#3: A picture of where you work...

So, #3 from the list is a picture of where I work...Oh boy. Well, technically I'm a teacher at middle school. But instead of posting a picture of AWCPA, my first reaction is to post a picture of this:

But I really know it's all about this:

I got into the teaching biz late in life. I was 37 when I went back to school to get my teaching license. I was specifically drawn to teaching middle school because of the amazingly crazy, witty, outrageous creatures middle school students are. Yes, they drive me nuts a lot of the time. Yes, I struggle philosophically with aspects of how to teach or what to teach. Yes, I crave space to refuel the energies spent on these little rascals... But it truly boils down to the fact that these kids are pretty darn amazing and I really am proud that I work with such astonishing individuals every day.

(I still can't get away from this though:)
